Strategic Planning

Refining the organization’s mission and vision, defining effective strategies and coherent program portfolios, and formulating practical and achievable implementation plans. Developing a clear understanding of the priorities and needs of the organization’s customers and other key stakeholders, assessing the relevant landscape and anticipating environmental changes, exploring and facilitating mergers and strategic alliances, and establishing realistic annual goals, workplans and budgets.

Organizational Development

Conducting organizational assessments; building effective and efficient management, administrative, and fundraising systems; refining staff roles and organizational structures; designing coherent program portfolios that will advance the organization’s mission; improving internal communications; strengthening Boards functioning and Board-staff teamwork; updating by-laws and governance policies; developing outcome measurement systems; conducting job searches; providing executive coaching; and more.

Fund Development Planning

Working with organizations to develop practical and effective fundraising plans, and supporting organizations in implementing those plans.

Interim Management and Executive Coaching

Serving as interim executive directors and chief operating officers for non-profit organizations and foundations; providing coaching for executive directors.
