Founder and principal of Comart and Associates, Kim Comart has over 35 years of experience in consulting, non-profit management, philanthropy, law, electoral politics and government. His career has involved comprehensive work with hundreds of non-profit organizations, foundations and government agencies. He has managed the design and implementation of strategic plans, organizational restructurings, staff and board trainings, fundraising campaigns, program evaluations, and special initiatives.
As part of his consulting practice, Kim has served as the interim director of 10 nonprofit organizations, including community art centers, early childhood development programs, environmental advocacy agencies, homeless shelters, youth development organizations, and volunteer service intermediaries. These interim directorships have ranged from 7-15 months in length.
